Had Mason Air replace an old ac unit and install an air split in a bedroom. James came to my home and went over several options to ensure my end result was 100% satisfied. James is the most courteous man ive ever had the pleasure to meet. James sent Mike and Daniel to install the equipment, they were very courteous and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. They took the time to go over any concerns they came across and made sure i understood the process. They would reach out to let me know when they would be arriving and let me know if they needed to leave to pick up supplies. They worked swiftly and kept the work areas clean. My initial contact with the company (James) was knowledgeable and clearly explained the differences between replacement AC units offered. He seemed very interested in doing the highest quality job possible, and discussed a lot of details that I would not have thought of. The installers (Zach and Bobby) were also quality-conscious and communicated with me very well. The install had a few problems to overcome, but they solved them quickly and easily. I really felt these guys knew what they were doing and I would definitely recommend Mason Electric again.

My HVAC system was very old and completely died on me last week. I made a call to Mason and Mike was here just a few hours later diagnosing the issue. He was so professional and thorough and recommended that I install a new system since fixing what was wrong with it would have been very costly and would not have guaranteed a much longer life for the system. It's a big expense but I knew this was coming because of the age of the system. He gave me plenty of time to think about it and made himself available for any questions I had so I could make an informed decision. Mike and his associate Jack were here today and did a flawless job installing my new HVAC system. They were terrific and took their time to insure I was happy and the job was done right. I highly recommend both of these young men and I'm very pleased with Mason Air Conditioning overall. The ladies that I spoke to at the office, Morgan and Danielle, were also very professional and a real pleasure to work with.
Alex H came out yesterday and diagnosed my AC issue in under a minute, and the repair didn't take much longer than that. His expertise and efficiency were impressive. He knew exactly what to look for and got everything resolved quickly.

Process from start to finish was easy. I reached out to Mason via Thumbtack on Wednesday. A sales person was present Friday and the techs were there to install on Tuesday. Mason pulled the permit and had the mini-split and unit ready to go. Tory the sales person and Zach the technician along with another Tech we’re all very pleasant and professional. There was great communication, everyone arrived on time and on the day they were scheduled. The installation went smoothly and they demonstrated the unit upon completion. The pricing was competitive and they had a great warranty. I would definitely recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.
